  1. I just ran my new iPico but I can't make a call?
    Try defining the initial settings.

  2. The other side cannot hear what I say?
    Try pressing the Mute button.

  3. I have configured my phone number to be same as my name but iPico displays only one?
    When your phone number and name are identical, iPico® picks up and displays one of   them.

  4. I have been disconnected and I don't know why?
    Try pressing the Not Connected button at the Home screen for iPico to display the reason for the disconnection.

  5. How can I make a call from my contact list?
    Press the Contacts icon at the bottom bar to display your contacts list , select the contact, and press on the number to make a call.

  6. How do I dial a SIP URL?
    To dial a SIP URL press the Dialer icon at the bottom bar, then, press the Keyboard button and enter your SIP destination.

  7. I just dialed a number, how do I added it to my Contacts List?
    Just press the Add to Contact button.

  8. How do I edit a number?
    Either press Backspace to delete the last character and insert a new character or press and hold the Backspace to delete the entire number to insert a new one.

  9. How do I track a call I received?
    At the Recents screen tap the Recents icon at the bottom tab bar. The Recents screen now displays a list with your recently received calls. Use the top bar buttons to filter the list.

  10. How do I view my accounts details?
    Press the Settings option at the More screen.
