Provisioning
The Conference Provisioning server enables providers, resellers and end-users to control
and configure the conference sessions.
Access to the Provisioning server is done via a
standard web browser and each level is secured by username and password and can be
accessed through HTTPS. |
Integration with SIP based Presence Server
This new and enhanced feature enables the Conference leader to monitor availability status,
VIA any SIP based
Presence server, and view whether a person is present and can join in
on a conference session.
Conference
The IP Conferencing system enables the administrator to send out an invitation to all
relevant participants in a conference call session.
The invitation arrives directly to the
person’s e-mail and includes all necessary information in order to join the conference: date,
time, telephone number, conference, ID and password.
The e-mail invitation contains a
calendar attachment.
Systems such as Outlook & Lotus Notes can recognize the calendar
attachment and place it directly into the participant’s calendar.
