Access to the Provisioning server is done via a standard web browser and each level is secured by username and password and can be accessed through HTTPS.

Integration with SIP based Presence Server

This new and enhanced feature enables the Conference leader to monitor availability status, VIA any SIP based

Presence server, and view whether a person is present and can join in on a conference session.

Conference

The IP Conferencing system enables the administrator to send out an invitation to all relevant participants in a conference call session.

The invitation arrives directly to the person’s e-mail and includes all necessary information in order to join the conference: date, time, telephone number, conference, ID and password.

The e-mail invitation contains a calendar attachment.

Systems such as Outlook & Lotus Notes can recognize the calendar attachment and place it directly into the participant’s calendar.

Instant Conferencing

The IP Conferencing system enables you to set up a conference session – ad hoc.
